When Will I Receive My Product?
We ship all domestic orders/international orders via Singapore post on every Monday. Your product will arrive in about 5-14 business days depending on how far you are located from us.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
What If I Do Not Have A Paypal Account?
You can still pay via your credit or debit card if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply follow the checkout process and at the Paypal login page, at the left bottom area, click the 'Continue' tab provided beside the 'Don't have a PayPal account' option.

Will I Be Charged Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax of 7% for purchases within Singapore. The tax will be included in the price shown on the site. Shipping outside of Singapore is tax-free, but subjected to prevailing tax rates in your country. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
How Secure Is This Store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

To check on your order status, you may contact us from 12PM - 8 PM Mon - Fri (GMT +8) to inquire about the status of your order with our Customer Service Team.
What Is Your Return Policy?
ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Villains for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Villains for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
In some instances, Villains reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.
